We highly recommend Jan for either your selling or buying needs. We had two friends use her for buying houses and she worked tirelessly till she found them the right house. I think it is rare for a REALTOR to shine at both buying and selling, but Jan Green most assuredly does! We highly recommend her.
Wow, this REALTOR completely exceeded customer satisfaction! She was the buyer's agent for me (who lives 1,700 miles away) and my daughter who was a first-time home buyer in the Phoenix area. I’ve used other REALTOR in the past, and the only thing they did was show up at closing to get their check, but not Jan! She was there for us all the way, from the first time she showed the property, all the way to the closing and in-between. Jan made multiple trips to and from the property, giving us her professional recommendations and advising us on who to contact for the inspections, repairs, electrical work, HVAC, and the lender, PrimeLending, who also did an outstanding job. I reached out to Jan Green as I was looking to sell my Scottsdale condo (I live in Colorado). Jan made the process super easy. She worked with my tenant to ensure quick turnover and made sure the place was in good shape. She provided contacts for HVAC, plumbing, etc. (she has many contacts!) to make any needed repairs. She has lots of experience and could anticipate any potential issues and have the plan to mitigate them in advance. I was happy with the price amount she suggested for the list price and it sold the same day for just over the list price. She even gave great dinner recommendations for when I was in town. Jan is a great professional and very pleasant to work with. I would give her two thumbs up to anyone looking for a REALTOR in the PHX area!

If you’ve got a question on anything green, Jan is probably the person to. In 2016, my wife and I decided to work with Jan on purchasing our first home and could not have been happier.
