Jan Green is one of the finest, most responsible real estate agents you will find. Her expertise and professionalism go way ahead of any agent I have met. I have been in the mortgage business as an underwriter for years, so I can be pretty hard to please, and Jan went a cut above the norm. She took over during one of the hardest real estate markets (August 2008), listed, sold, and closed my home by October 2008. Her expertise is beyond comparison. Her professional manner and attitude were outstanding. When all is said and done she will also adopt you as a friend, and you will not be sorry.

We have worked with Jan for the past 10 years, initially renting our condo and most recently selling it she knows the Phoenix market. As a rental, our unit was rented within a week.
