Pearl Certification is a re-sale certification that is a points based certification. The really cool aspects of the certification include letters to a lender, buyer and appraiser describing the importace of understanding the certification. As a listing agent, the certification provides marketing material and real nuts and bolts details to share energy efficient features with the public. It's often said that when a home sells, there goes the data. Not so with Pearl. Pearl also shares details in a registry so the information is made public.
